Blackberry is Officially down from Jan 4 on its Services
The Canadian Cyber security company Blackberry who are famous for there privacy and protected smartphones and accessories in the market. For those who don’t know the company had stopped the production of phones in the market years back and currently were providing legacy services to its existing customers. Now, in a recent tweet the company had announced that it will stop the services of Blackberry OS in the market post January 4th.

In there official blog post said, “We thank our many loyal customers and partners over the years and invite you to learn more about how BlackBerry provides intelligent security software and services to enterprises and governments around the world.“
According to the above blog post, it is clear that there will be no company services on Blackberry phones running on 7.1 OS and earlier and Blackberry 10 software. So, according to the blogs there will be no 911 calls, texting, calling. The company is also planning to stop its Blackberry Messenger Services (BBM) and even its app store.
But the entire company is not stopped, the company will still provide infotainment systems and enterprises. It also has given its pattern rights to some third party OEMs in the global market.
