Bajaj Launches EV Auto in India by Q1 2023

Bajaj Limited is a Multinational company that primarily produces Two wheeler and Three wheelers in the market. And, now the company had recently mentioned that it will start producing Electric Vehicle Autos in the market from first Quarter in 2023.

As the evolution of Electric vehicles is becoming to the rise nowadays. So, introducing these Auto will make an India also a EV country in the upcoming years. The Company is planning to launch EV autos as both in Goods and Passenger models to benefit all types of people in the society. 

According to the data given by the company, the launch date is not been revealed. But, the company had been testing these Autos for past two years and due to Pandemic situation the launch was delayed. 

“The three-wheeler development is now nearing its final phase and we expect putting it up for approvals by end of this fiscal. We will launch them in the next quarter,” Rakesh Sharma, the Executive Director

The Company is planning to launch the Autos with Fixed Battery Technology and also will launch the passenger Autos more than the goods type. This Technology will not allow the drivers to take the battery out and swap it during charging it. So that the price of the auto will be low comparing to its battery cost. Thus, the total cost of the Auto will be reduced by 50%.Let me know in the comments of what do you think about this new launch in the market.
